brainfog

You find it hard to focus. Sometimes, you even struggle to find the words. Your thinking is slowed down. You often forget things.

can't relax

Rest doesn’t feel restorative. Even during downtime, your body remains tense. Relaxation feels out of reach, because your nervous system hasn’t learned how to let go yet.

feeling pain

You have been struggling with pain in your limbs, neck or shoulders for years. You may also have stomach pain and a limited variety of food that you can eat.

ongoing fatigue
